Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 180 g cheese, grated Gruyère
- ½ cup cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- some caraway
- some sesame
- some poppy seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead all ingredients (except egg yolk, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds) together and chill for one to two hours. Roll out portions (approx. 4-6 mm thick). Cut out cookies and brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
