Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • 300 g butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together the cream, butter, egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Add the flour. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Preheat the waffle iron and brush with a little oil. Then, pour in about 1 spoonful of batter and bake for about 3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
