Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- ½ tbsp vegetable broth (instant powder)
- 1 tsp, leveled garlic powder
- 8 pieces of chicken leg(s)
- Rosemary, thyme to taste.
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Can be mixed in advance. Quantity is for 8 drumsticks
Mix all ingredients except the legs in a bowl with a spoon. This mixture is enough for 8 legs, or about 2 kg. I always do it like this: Wash the legs and score each one twice. Grease a large baking dish and place the legs in it, seasoning them well with the mixture beforehand. Then brush with oil. If you like, you can sprinkle some fresh rosemary and thyme on top. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat for about 45 minutes until crispy. Tip: If I have time, I let the legs marinate overnight.
