Hot apple juice with caramel and cinnamon syrup

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 850 ml apple juice
  • 60 ml syrup (cinnamon syrup)
  • 120 ml syrup (caramel syrup)
  • whipped cream
  • Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the apple juice in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and caramel syrup, and heat until hot. Do not let it boil, then remove from the heat. Whip some cream until stiff peaks form and pour the hot apple juice into glasses. Add a dollop of cream on top and sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the cream. Serve hot! I always use regular sweetened apple juice and find it works perfectly. You can also use unsweetened; this will make 2-4 glasses, depending on the size of the glasses.
