- 1 kg potatoes
- some garlic powder
- some paprika powder
- some curry powder
- some turmeric
- some cumin
- some parsley, dried
- some chives, dried

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Boil for 10-12 minutes (this varies depending on the type and size of the potato). Then, while the potatoes are still warm, toss them with the seasoning. Make sure to rub any remaining spices from the spoon or bowl onto the potatoes (this creates a nice crust). Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) until crispy on the outside (approx. 15-25 minutes).
