Ingredients
- 1 kg Ribs
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Allspice grains
- 2 Juniper berries
- 2 Onions
- Salt and pepper
- Herbs dried here rosemary, oregano hot peppers
- 500 g Brussels sprouts fresh
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Wash the ribs and sprinkle the fleshy side with salt and pepper, peel the onion and cut in half, preheat the pan to fry the ribs on the meat side first, while frying the other side, add the onion and fry with the juniper berries allspice and bay leaves and roast with them, when the ribs are seared on both sides, add a little water to loosen the roasted substances from the bottom of the pan. Now put in a large saucepan and repeat until all the meat is seared. Add the herbs and cook the meat until soft for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the Brussels sprouts and cook them in a little salted water until they are soft. Drain after boiling and season with a little nutmeg.
- When the ribs are soft, put the meat in an oven dish and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at top heat. Pour the sauce through a sieve and thicken it with a little sauce thickener. Now heat the butter and add the breadcrumbs and stir-fry. Now put the ribs on a plate, open the Brussels sprouts and pour the breadcrumbs over the Brussels sprouts, add the sauce and then nibble happily !!!!!!!!
