Ingredients
 

  • 30 g Soft - apricots
  • 1 tbsp Apricot liqueur
  • 100 g Chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 7 g Coconut oil
  • Silicone praline mold for 15 pieces

Instructions
 

  • Dice the apricots very small. Mix with the liqueur and let it steep for about an hour.
  • Slowly melt the chocolate with coconut oil over a hot water bath.
  • Fill the molds one-third with chocolate. Spread the apricot pieces on top and fill with chocolate.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes to set. Press the pralines out of the mold and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
