Ingredients
- 30 g Soft - apricots
- 1 tbsp Apricot liqueur
- 100 g Chocolate 70% cocoa
- 7 g Coconut oil
- Silicone praline mold for 15 pieces
Instructions
- Dice the apricots very small. Mix with the liqueur and let it steep for about an hour.
- Slowly melt the chocolate with coconut oil over a hot water bath.
- Fill the molds one-third with chocolate. Spread the apricot pieces on top and fill with chocolate.
- Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes to set. Press the pralines out of the mold and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
