Crispy Packets Made from Filo Pastry

The perfect crispy packets made from filo pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Filo pastry sheets
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 packet Feta
  • 1,5 tbsp Pesto verde
  • 8 Sun-Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tuber Thai – garlic OR
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • Salt and
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to brush on
  • For the dip:
  • 2 a cup Sour cream or sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Fresh herbs to taste
  • Salt and
  • Pepper to taste

Filling:

  1. – From feta, sep. Make a paste of tomatoes, garlic, pesto, salt and pepper in a blender. – Sear the minced meat in the pan and then mix it with the paste while it is still warm.

Packet:

Then put in a mini muffin tin. Brush the tips with the oil-water mixture. – At 180 ° C approx. 20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.

Dip:

  1. – Beat the sour cream until smooth. – Season to taste with salt, pepper and the fresh herbs and serve with the filo packets.
