Crispy Parmesan and Garlic Potatoes
The perfect crispy parmesan and garlic potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Waxy potatoes
- 10 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 20 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Whole grain breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper
- 1 pinch Espelette pepper
- Wash the potatoes, remove unsightly spots and peel them if necessary. Cut into the desired size / shape.
- Peel the garlic and grate finely. Then mix with olive oil, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, rosemary, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and allspice.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees!
- Mix the potatoes well with the prepared mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes until crispy.
