Crispy Parmesan and Garlic Potatoes

The perfect crispy parmesan and garlic potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 10 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 20 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Whole grain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Espelette pepper
  1. Wash the potatoes, remove unsightly spots and peel them if necessary. Cut into the desired size / shape.
  2. Peel the garlic and grate finely. Then mix with olive oil, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, rosemary, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and allspice.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees!

  1. Mix the potatoes well with the prepared mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes until crispy.
  2. There was Pollo Fino from the hot air fryer and green salad!
