Zucchini Vegetables
The perfect zucchini vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 medium sized Zucchini
- 100 g Bacon
- 100 g Salami
- 2 small Onions
- 2 tbsp Keäuterfrischkäse
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Oil for frying
- Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces.
- Dice bacon, onions, salami and fry in oil.
- Add zucchini and fry for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
- If the zucchini is firm to the bite, or if you like it soft, season to taste as required and finally add the herbal cream cheese.
- Goes very well with pan-fried foods.
