Zucchini Vegetables

The perfect zucchini vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 medium sized Zucchini
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 100 g Salami
  • 2 small Onions
  • 2 tbsp Keäuterfrischkäse
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Oil for frying
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces.
  2. Dice bacon, onions, salami and fry in oil.
  3. Add zucchini and fry for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
  5. If the zucchini is firm to the bite, or if you like it soft, season to taste as required and finally add the herbal cream cheese.
  6. Goes very well with pan-fried foods.
