Ingredients
Crispy, spicy chicken leg:
- 660 g 2 chicken drumsticks each 330 g
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp White pepper
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Mild curry powder
- 2 tbsp Liquid honey
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
French fries:
- 200 g French fries frozen
- 1 hot air fryer
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
Serve:
- 2 sharpen Basil
- 2 * ½ vine tomatoes
- Curry ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
Crispy, spicy chicken leg:
- Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly in cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper and rub / season with a mixture of salt (2 teaspoons), white pepper (2 teaspoons), sweet paprika (2 teaspoons) and mild curry powder (2 teaspoons). Preheat the oven to 175 ° C, brush a roasting dish with sunflower oil (1 tbsp), place the seasoned chicken legs in it and cook / bake on the middle rack for about 50 minutes. Remove, brush with a mixture of liquid honey (2 tbsp) and light soy sauce (2 tbsp), bake at 200 ° C for about 5 minutes and remove.
French fries:
- Cook the French fries (200 g) in the hot air fryer and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches).
Serve:
- Serve crispy chicken leg with french fries, garnished with a basil tip and half a vine tomato. Serve with curry ketchup and mayonnaise.
