Crispy tuna salad with balsamic mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of leaf lettuce, e.g. B. Frisee
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame, black
  • 150 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, preferably hot
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Thyme or oregano, dried
  • Sea salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without mayonnaise

Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and roughly chop. Halve the tomatoes. Mix everything together with the well-drained tuna and sesame seeds. For the dressing, finely chop the onion. Whisk together the mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil and add the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme or oregano. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, mix well, and season to taste. Serve with fresh, crusty bread.
