Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pack of whole wheat pasta
- some tomato paste with seasoning vegetables
- 1 small onion(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- e.g. sunflower seeds
- e.g. sesame
- e.g. chia seeds
- e.g. pumpkin seeds
- e.g. garlic or garlic powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. turmeric
- e.g. marjoram
- e.g. plant milk (plant drink)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the whole-wheat pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Chop half the bell pepper and the onion into small pieces and sauté in a pan with water. Add the whole-wheat pasta and mix with the tomato paste. Now add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds to taste, and season with garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, and marjoram as desired. Mix with a little plant-based milk and bring to a boil briefly.
