Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 160 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 ml water (no milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a batter. If the batter is too stiff, add a little more water. Then, in a hot waffle iron, bake crispy waffles in batches. Note: This batter makes enough for quite a large batch.
