Crispy Waffles

The perfect crispy waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Margarine
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Flour
  • 0,125 l Milk
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix the margarine with the sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs one after the other. Add the flour and stir. Finally stir in the milk.
  1. Oil the waffle iron lightly, preheat. Put 3 tablespoons of dough in the middle and bake in it until crispy. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
