Fish: Salmon on Bed of Carrots – Oranges
The perfect fish: salmon on bed of carrots – oranges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Frozen salmon
- 350 g Sliced carrots
- 1 piece Organic orange
- 0,5 piece Organic lemon
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Fry the spring onions in a pan with butter, add the carrots and the orange juice and simmer gently with the lid closed.
- Thaw the fish in the refrigerator, marinate in the juice of the organic lemon and half of the orange, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fleshed orange pieces on top, season with 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey and mix, add the orange and lemon peel with zest. Pour the fish on top and cover with the butter flakes. Cover with a lid.
- Cook top and bottom heat in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with rice. Good Appetite
