Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shot of rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until dissolved. Add the oil, milk, and rum and mix thoroughly again. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 3) for about 40 minutes. Then let the cake cool in the oven.
