Crockpot: Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 8 Pc. Drumsticks (chicken drumsticks)
  • 4 Pc. Chicken legs
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic, creamy
  • 5 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken pieces in the crockpot, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the garlic and onion powder.
  • Mix the balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, mustard and maple syrup together and pour over the chicken pieces. (You can use honey instead of maple syrup.)
  • Let the rockpot run on "high" for 4 hours.
  • Serve with salad, herb rice or baguette. We had mushrooms in a cream sauce with it.
