- 0,5 liter Tap water
- 500 g Potatoes, floury
- 3 tsp Salt
- Nutmeg
- 150 g Potato flour

Pot – preparation without pictures
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Put in a saucepan and fill with tap water. Bring everything to a boil, about 20 to 30 minutes. Then drain and drain. Pour the cooked potatoes into a bowl.
- Stamp with a tamper. Add the potato flour, a teaspoon of salt and the nutmeg. Knead with clean hands or a machine. Continue working as described in point 5.

Thermomix – preparation with pictures
- Pour weighed tap water into the mixing bowl. Hang in the proofing basket and add the peeled potatoes cut into pieces. Put the lid on it and set it to 30 / min / Varoma / level 1, then cook. After the beep, remove the proofing basket.
- Empty the mixing bowl and add the cooked potatoes. Close with the lid and set to 10 / sec / level It is crushed in the process. Open and add potato flour, a teaspoon of salt and nutmeg. Close again and set to 1 / min / kneading mode.
Further preparation without Thermomix
- Dust a worktop with the potato flour. Place the potato dough on top and shape into a roll. Split mine in two. Now cut pieces of the same size from the roll (there were 26 pieces). Then shape them into balls.
- Press small indentations into each of the individual balls with your finger. In the meantime, put on a saucepan with tap water, bring it to a boil and then add the remaining two teaspoons of salt. Let the finished potato dumplings stand for 3 minutes at the time they come to the surface. Then take it out and serve as a side dish.
