Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 sachet of mashed potato powder
  • ½ water
  • ¼ milk
  • Salt
  • ½ can corn kernels and/or
  • 200 g grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very simple, with corn and cheese, really delicious!

Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions using water, milk, and salt. Let cool. Stir in the corn and/or cheese. Then add enough breadcrumbs to form a firm, pliable dough. Shape the dough into croquettes or small balls, coat in the beaten egg, and roll in plenty of breadcrumbs. Briefly fry until golden brown.
