Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 1 sprig(s) of thyme
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the herbs, pat dry, and chop them in a bowl. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press to add it to the herbs. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the bowl along with the cream cheese. Purée everything with a hand blender along with the oil and vinegar.
