Crumb cake with cherry and quark filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat for the mold
  • 75 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Make a crumb dough from the dough ingredients. Pour 2/3 of it into a greased springform pan and spread it over the bottom and sides. Drain the sour cherries and place them on the dough. Mix together the filling ingredients and spread over the cherries. Sprinkle the remaining crumb dough on top. Bake in a preheated oven on the bottom rack at 200°C for about 45 minutes. For one baking sheet, double the amount of ingredients.
