Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 drops of lemon flavor (baking oil)
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges (mandarin oranges)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 12 pieces

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the salt, vanilla sugar, and egg. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in a spoonful at a time, then knead thoroughly until small crumbs form. Spread half of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press down firmly. Pull up the edges slightly. Combine the filling ingredients one after the other until smooth and pour onto the dough. Top with the drained mandarins. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 35-45 minutes.
