Crumbly Gingerbread Cookies

- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 50 g Citronat (Succade)
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Vials Bitter almond flavor
- 2 tbsp Pineapple juice
- Process all ingredients into a dough.
