Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 60 g mung bean sprouts, freshly germinated
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes or 1 normal-sized tomato
  • some salt
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sprouts and Tomatoes – SIS Dinner

Slice the cocktail tomatoes, or dice the regular tomatoes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly with all the ingredients, preferably with a fork. Season with salt and chili flakes, if desired. Heat a nonstick pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan, stirring gently with a spatula every now and then.
