Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the tomatoes. Place a pan on the heat and fry the tomatoes in plenty of oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion halfway through cooking. Fry everything thoroughly, but only allow the onions to become translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk. Turn off the heat and pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and let it set. Stop stirring and be careful not to let anything burn.
