Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 5 almonds
  • 150 ml water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the tomato and carrot. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into pieces. Cut the carrot into thin slices. Depending on the size of the package, let the frozen spinach thaw slightly. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
