Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g spaghetti, whole wheat
  • salt water
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • some herbal salt
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cook the spaghetti in salted water; the meal will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely slice the zucchini using a spiralizer. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic over medium heat (it shouldn’t brown). Then add the zucchini spaghetti and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The zucchini should still have some bite. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan. Mix thoroughly and season with herb salt and pepper. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, if desired.
