Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 apricots
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, preferably organic
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 pinches of vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp chips (coconut)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with a lemony note

Using a zester, grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Place both in a bowl along with the vanilla and maple syrup and mix thoroughly. Pit and chop the apricots, then immediately add them to the marinade and mix. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, chop them, and mix them in. Finally, sprinkle with the coconut flakes. This is a small portion, and I had it for dessert.
