Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g honey
- 80 g cane sugar
- 80 g edible bran (wheat bran)
- 240 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 4 tsp flaxseed
- 6 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 80 g cranberries, dried
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Melt the honey and sugar in a nonstick pan. Add the wheat bran, oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, desiccated coconut, cranberries, and cinnamon and mix well. Pour the muesli mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking foil and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let the muesli cool and chop slightly if necessary. A serving of approximately 35 g, depending on the total amount, has 4 PP.
