Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with oatmeal and totally simple!

Heat the butter until very hot, add the whole-grain oats, stir well, and let cool. Add the remaining ingredients. Place flat cookies onto the baking sheet with a tablespoon and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes.
