Crunchy for muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 6 tbsp forest honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, preferably raw cocoa
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 125°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, combine the oats and wild honey in a bowl until sticky. Stir in the cinnamon and cocoa powder. Mix everything thoroughly, then spread it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes, until it’s nice and firm. Now all you have to do is let it cool and crumble it. I always make a little extra and store it in a container. It’s great mixed into homemade muesli or yogurt with fruit.
