Crunchy Garlic Potatoes
The perfect crunchy garlic potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potatoes
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Espelette pepper
- Salt
- Put the olive oil in an ovenproof dish. Grate the garlic with a fine grater. Add the salt, pepper, pimento d’Espelette and the breadcrumbs and mix everything very well.
- Now peel the potatoes and cut into wedges and place in the ovenproof dish and mix well with the oil so that the potato wedges are well moistened everywhere. Bake the potato wedges in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for approx. 50 – 60 degrees until golden brown.
