Under 30 Minutes: Fried Potatoes with Garlic and Onions with Tomatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 8 medium Jacket potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Chinese Garlic
  • 4 Chicken farm eggs
  • 3 Tomatoes nicely ripe
  • 1 sip of Oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, put them on a plate and set aside.
  • Fry the potatoes in hot oil, season with salt & pepper.
  • Then add the onion and the garlic and continue frying the fried potatoes.
  • Beat the eggs in a cup, add a little salt & pepper, whisk the egg and pour over the fried potatoes, toss everything together 3 - 4 times and then distribute everything on two plates.
  • If possible, eat the fried potatoes hot.
  • Slice the tomatoes on a board and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • a delicious and quick dinner .... I like to make it, if there are boiled potatoes left from lunch, it works the same way 😉
