Under 30 Minutes: Fried Potatoes with Garlic and Onions with Tomatoes

The perfect under 30 minutes: fried potatoes with garlic and onions with tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 medium sized Jacket potatoes
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 chin. Garlic
  • 4 piece Chicken farm eggs
  • 3 piece Tomatoes nicely ripe
  • 1 Sip Oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, put them on a plate and set aside.
  2. Fry the potatoes in hot oil, season with salt & pepper.
  3. Then add the onion and the garlic and continue frying the fried potatoes.
  4. Beat the eggs in a cup, add a little salt & pepper, whisk the egg and pour over the fried potatoes, toss everything together 3 – 4 times and then distribute everything on two plates.
  5. If possible, eat the fried potatoes hot.
  6. Slice the tomatoes on a board and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  7. a delicious and quick dinner …. I like to make it, if there are boiled potatoes left from lunch, it works the same way 😉
