Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Oatmeal
  • 150 g Oat flakes from Kölln
  • 150 g Sunflower seeds
  • 45 g Sesame seeds
  • 1,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 packet Vanilla baking
  • 75 g Butter
  • 250 g Cane sugar
  • 100 g Honey

Instructions
 

  • Weigh and mix all dry ingredients.
  • Put the butter, sugar and honey in a large saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Put the dry ingredients in the saucepan and stir vigorously until everything has combined. Carefully burns quickly.
  • Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, roll it out with a rolling pin and press down firmly. Before baking, cut into 32 bars with a sharp knife.
  • Put in the preheated oven. Bake / dry at 100 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down completely. After cooling, you can break it into bars.
  • The muesli bars keep in an airtight can for up to 2 weeks, if not all of them have been eaten before; o)
