Ingredients
- 300 g Oatmeal
- 150 g Oat flakes from Kölln
- 150 g Sunflower seeds
- 45 g Sesame seeds
- 1,5 tsp Cinammon
- 1 packet Vanilla baking
- 75 g Butter
- 250 g Cane sugar
- 100 g Honey
Instructions
- Weigh and mix all dry ingredients.
- Put the butter, sugar and honey in a large saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Put the dry ingredients in the saucepan and stir vigorously until everything has combined. Carefully burns quickly.
- Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, roll it out with a rolling pin and press down firmly. Before baking, cut into 32 bars with a sharp knife.
- Put in the preheated oven. Bake / dry at 100 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down completely. After cooling, you can break it into bars.
- The muesli bars keep in an airtight can for up to 2 weeks, if not all of them have been eaten before; o)
