Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Oatmeal large leaf
  • 100 g Linseed
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 100 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g Almonds
  • 0,75 tsp Salt
  • 2 heaped tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Honey
  • 100 g Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the oat flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, salt and cinnamon.
  • Let coconut oil and honey melt in a saucepan on low heat.
  • Pour the liquid oil and honey mixture over the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  • Spread the whole thing out on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for a total of 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Turn once after 15 minutes, then every five minutes.
  • Take out after 25 to 30 minutes and let cool down. It is best to turn it every now and then as it cools down so that nothing sticks together.
  • I prefer to eat the muesli with yogurt. It's really tasty and keeps you full for a long time 🙂
