Ingredients
- 300 g Oatmeal large leaf
- 100 g Linseed
- 100 g Sunflower seeds
- 100 g Pumpkin seeds
- 75 g Almonds
- 0,75 tsp Salt
- 2 heaped tsp Cinnamon
- 100 g Honey
- 100 g Coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix together the oat flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, salt and cinnamon.
- Let coconut oil and honey melt in a saucepan on low heat.
- Pour the liquid oil and honey mixture over the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Spread the whole thing out on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for a total of 25 to 30 minutes.
- Turn once after 15 minutes, then every five minutes.
- Take out after 25 to 30 minutes and let cool down. It is best to turn it every now and then as it cools down so that nothing sticks together.
- I prefer to eat the muesli with yogurt. It's really tasty and keeps you full for a long time 🙂
