Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 140 g pecans
- 2 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 ½ tsp vanilla, ground
- 85 ml olive oil
- 240 g agave syrup
- 60 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, slightly defatted
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 2 pinches of sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Not cheap, but delicious
Preheat oven to 150°C (top and bottom heat) (130°C fan-assisted). Mix ingredients thoroughly and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes, then mix thoroughly again, spread evenly, and bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool outside of the oven; this will make it crunchy.
