Crunchy muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almond(s), peeled
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of ground vanilla
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Coarsely grate the almonds. Stir them into the flakes along with the cinnamon and vanilla. Heat the oil and honey in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the flake mixture and stir quickly, then toast for about 5 minutes. Add the raisins and stir in, then toast over low heat for about another 5 minutes. Let cool and store in a sealable container. Enjoy with yogurt and/or seasonal fruit.
