Crunchy piles with milk chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped or nuts and 50 g honey pops
  • 30 g raisins
  • 250 g chocolate, milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (place a pot of water on the stove, then place a bowl on top of the pot and let the hot steam melt the chocolate). Stir frequently! In a large bowl, add the cornflakes, honey pops, chopped almonds, and raisins and mix well. Then pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and mix well. Place two spoons onto baking paper to form small mounds/piles. Let dry and store in a plastic container.
