Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 nectarines
  • 175 g muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peach jam
  • 2 tbsp peach juice
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Nectarine dessert

Halve the nectarines with a sharp knife and remove the stones. Divide the halves again (into quarters) and cut into bite-sized pieces (or slices). Set a few pieces aside for garnish. Mix the peach jam with the peach juice. Divide a few nectarine pieces between 3 glasses, top with granola, and drizzle with a few spoonfuls of yogurt. (If you like it really sweet, mix the yogurt with honey first.) Mix the peach jam juice with a few nectarine pieces and drizzle over the yogurt. Now add granola and yogurt again, followed by the nectarine pieces. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. Place granola on top and garnish with the reserved nectarine pieces.
