Crushed tomato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely slice the onions. Roughly chop the basil. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt and coarse pepper. Knead with your hands for about three to four minutes. Mix in a crushed garlic clove and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then, if necessary, season with more salt and pepper. Top with a pinch of sugar.
