Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 cl rum (Havana Club)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • some cane sugar
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes
  • e.g. Cola, to refill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add approximately 1 heaped teaspoon of cane sugar to a Caipirinha glass, quarter a lime, and squeeze two quarters into each glass. Add the limes to the glass and 4 cl of Havana Club to each glass. Top up with cola and then add ice. Stir with a straw.
