Cucumber and avocado salad in sour milk dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • possibly lime juice
  • 1 cup of sour milk (200 g)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the dressing and season to taste. Finely dice the onion and stir in. It’s best to let it simmer with the onions for a while. Wash and finely grate the cucumber. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, remove the skin, and cut into pieces. Place the cucumber and avocado in a bowl and toss with the dressing. Let it simmer briefly, then serve. If you like, you can sprinkle the avocado with lime juice beforehand to prevent it from tarnishing as quickly.
