Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 sprig of celery
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar, e.g. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp, heaped sesame seeds
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 pinch(s) cumin
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- some dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the cucumber and slice the celery. Mix both with sesame seeds. Mix the oil, vinegar, and spices into a dressing and pour it over the salad. This recipe came about while using up leftovers. We liked it so much that we’re making this salad more often now.
