Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ cucumber(s), organic
- 2 stalk(s) Celery
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- some ginger peeled and grated
- salt and pepper
- some lime juice
- possibly chili flakes
- some celery, just the green
- 1 slice(s) cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the cucumber and celery. Remove any strings from the celery. Cut the vegetables into pieces and puree them in a blender with yogurt, milk, and ginger. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lime juice, and chili flakes, if desired. Serve garnished with celery leaves and a cucumber slice. Note: The blender should be powerful, otherwise the drink won’t be so smooth.
