Cucumber and Pepper Salad

The perfect cucumber and pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 2 Red pointed peppers
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Seasonal herbs (chives, dill, parsley)
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends, peel and cut into sticks if you like.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, quarter them, remove the seeds and white skins and cut into fine strips.
  3. Make the dressing from the ingredients listed. Place in a bowl with the vegetables and mix.
  4. Or alternately layer the vegetables with the dressing in a bowl, top with the dressing and let it steep.
