Cucumber and radish salad with a refreshing yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel, deseed, and slice the cucumber. Trim and quarter the radishes. For the dressing, whisk the yogurt, milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Chop the dill and mix in.
