Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅛ liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegetables
Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon. Roughly chop the zucchini, cucumber, and onion, add the chopped garlic clove, and sauté everything in oil. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the mustard, stir in, and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Serve with bratwurst.
