Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- ½ small carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard, if you like more
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and slice or slice thinly. Wash the carrot and cut into julienne strips. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the cucumbers in a fan shape on a plate or platter and arrange the carrots on top or in the center. Drizzle the dressing over the cucumbers or draw lines over the cucumbers, as desired. Sprinkle the remaining tarragon over the cucumbers.
