Lettuce with apple and peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce
  • ½ bell pepper(s), diced
  • ½ apple
  • 100 g cream yogurt, Greek, 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs, e.g. chives and parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt dressing

Clean and wash the lettuce. Halve, deseed, wash, and finely chop the bell pepper. Wash the apples, remove the cores, and finely dice. For the dressing, mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce, bell pepper, and apple on plates or in bowls. Then pour the dressing over the lettuce.
